Healthy Decisions® has been practising Massage and Reflexology from Hills District PCYC (Police Citizens Youth Club) since January 2002 and during that time has also provided quality massage at sporting, corporate and public events such as basketball, softball, fun-runs, marathons, health expos and school fetes.
Your massage therapist Shane Smith holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and practises Swedish, Remedial, Sports and Lymphatic massage using a variety of techniques including stretching, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Positional Release and Muscle Energy Technique. Shane is also registered with the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) and covered by most health funds.
